Reuben's case experience
- Represented a client crushed in a work accident which left him catastrophically injured, with a loss of cognitive capacity and in need of round the clock care and new accommodation adapted to his needs. The significant interim payments and pre-trial settlement secured by Reuben included a periodical payments order and a lump sum for life.
- Secured £185,000 on behalf of a man who was diagnosed with mesothelioma aged only 57 and who died shortly after having a surgery.
- Represented a client diagnosed with asbestosis after being exposed while working as a plumber and a waterman for a brewery in the fifties, sixties and seventies. Reuben recovered £25,000 with a provision that should his client's condition deteriorate in the future, he could claim further compensation.
Reuben is a Panel Lawyer with the Derbyshire Asbestos Support Team and is also a member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
