Qualifying in 2020 and with over a decade of experience in Personal Injury litigation, Kathryn has extensive knowledge in high value personal injury claims and represents clients in employers liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims.

 

Kathryn has vast experience in working to represent client’s left with serious orthopaedic injuries, amputation and brain injuries. Kathryn also has a dedicated practice dealing with psychiatric injury claims for emergency services arising from negligent exposure to traumatic events.

Settlement of £450,000.00 for a motorcyclist left with chronic pain and urological symptoms as a consequences of a traumatic pelvic fracture.

Settlement of £210,000.00 for a rail freight worker when an accident at work left him with a significant exacerbation of his parastomal hernia, preventing him from returning to work.

Settlement of £85,000.00 for a motorcyclist who suffered a fractured femur with incomplete and delayed union leading to further revision surgery to prevent compaction into the knee joint.
