Prospect and Bectu
We work with Prospect and Bectu to offer their 150,000 members, and their families, a package of comprehensive legal services included as part of their membership.
The union’s members work in a number of different areas including; aviation, agriculture, broadcasting, entertainment and media, defence, education, energy, environment, heritage, industry, scientific research and telecommunications. With the support of Thompsons, and their union, members can carry out their jobs safe in the knowledge they are protected if they are injured or mistreated in the workplace.
Unlike high street firms, we only ever act for the injured or mistreated worker and never for employers or their insurers. Also, unlike many other firms, you can rest assured that by bringing your claim through the union’s solicitors you will always retain 100 per cent of your damages payments.
