Thomas, who qualified in 2021, is a personal injury lawyer working in Leeds and acting for clients in the Yorkshire and Humberside area.

In his legal career of more than 10 years, Thomas has acted in a wide range of personal injury claims and also practiced in employment law.
Thomas’ specialism is now purely in personal injury claims involving the most serious injuries, on which he works individually but also, in the most complex of cases, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

The clients for whom Thomas acts for will have suffered very serious - and often life-changing - injuries, including severe orthopaedic injuries, amputations, spinal cord and brain injuries.

Thomas is proud to work for a firm that only represents the injured and mistreated, as he is committed to those same values. On a daily basis he is pleased to see the real difference that he and his team make for those who are facing what initially will have seemed to be insurmountable odds.

Outside of work, Thomas is a member of the National Trust and takes advantage of his membership to go on regular walks with his wife and two boys. Thomas is a season ticket holder for Rotherham United, rarely missing a home game, and he also attends music festivals and concerts.

Thomas' case experience

  • Secured a six-figure sum for a client who sustained severe crush injuries to the tibia and fibula because of an accident at work, which required eight months in an Ilizarov frame.
