Selina Khan is a Solicitor in the Employment Rights team based in Thompsons’ London office.  Her work focuses on representing claimants in employment law matters and supporting workers to enforce their rights.

Selina advises unions and their members on a range of workplace issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, unlawful deduction of wages and breach of contract.

She provides advice and representation throughout the Employment Tribunal process and works closely with clients to help them navigate complex workplace disputes. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Selina is passionate about protecting workers’ rights and ensuring individuals have access to justice when things go wrong in the workplace.  She takes pride in being part of a claimant-focused firm which fights for working people.

In her spare time, Selina enjoys baking and staying active.
