Victoria is a senior serious injury solicitor based in Thompsons' Birmingham office. Victoria handles cases involving head and brain injuries, as well as multiple orthopaedic spinal injuries and fatalities. Victoria typically handles multi-million pound cases for children and adults and puts her clients at ease from the outset.

Victoria is very experienced and uses this experience to ensure that her clients have access to specialist rehabilitation and interim payments, and always maintains an excellent level of client care.   • Ensured a six-figure settlement for a client hit by a speeding car which failed to stop as he crossed the road, resulting in a serious head injury, serious multiple orthopaedic injuries, internal injuries and psychological injury leaving him with long-term cognitive impairments.
  • Settled a £500,000 claim for a client hit by a truck while driving, leaving her with Functional Neurological Disorder, which means that she no longer lives an independent life due to chronic pain and fatigue.
