Background

Kam is a senior serious injury lawyer, based in Thompsons Solicitors’ London office, which covers cases in the South East and London.

With 17 years’ experience in handling personal injury claims, Kam has specialised in cases involving the most serious injuries since 2016. Kam is professional, considerate and effective when dealing with claims for his clients who are victims of workplace accidents, public accidents, road traffic collisions, or even victims of assault and fatalities.

Injuries to his clients include orthopaedic injuries, head and brain injuries with continuing symptoms and a threat of epilepsy, spinal cord injuries, limb amputations, and those that are life-changing and catastrophic. Kam provides invaluable help, support and guidance to clients and their families throughout what can be a very traumatic time for them.

A determined and successful litigator, Kam relentlessly champions the rights of his clients so that he secures the best possible compensation to allow them to move on with their lives after a serious injury. He will not hesitate to take cases to trial to achieve the best outcome. Although many of the most serious claims he deals with take time to work through the legal system, Kam’s team works sensitively with all clients and their families to help them gain access to rehabilitation while providing guidance on what medical and social services are available to them.

For Kam, his number one priority is to take care of his clients and do all he can to help them rebuild what can often be shattered lives.

Kam values Thompsons Solicitors’ supportive working environment and unique characteristic of never working for employers or insurance companies, only for claimants. Being the voice of clients and fighting to get them the compensation they deserve is very rewarding, says Kam.

With three children, Kam is kept busy in his spare time but he also enjoys cycling, yoga and going to his local gym.
