Henrietta's case experience

  • Secure a six-figure sum for a woman who was ran over by a lorry while cycling, suffering several fractures and widespread damage to her body tissue which required extensive skin grafts as a result, leaving her permanently disabled.
  • Secured a seven-figure sum the victim of a hit-and-run driver (who left her unconscious in the road), which left her with multiple permanent injuries, including a head injury and several fractures, and unable to continue working.
  • Represented the widow of a man who was killed when disposing of his rubbish at his local recycling centre after he was hit by the shovel of a vehicle being operated by a member of staff and crushed against a nearby wall.
  • Secured compensation for a railway maintenance engineer who suffered serious injuries, including a fractured skull and fractured spine, when he was hit by a train, resulting in permanent concentration and memory problems which meant he could not return to work.
