Joining Thompsons in 2009 as a newly qualified solicitor, Lindsay initially represented clients across a broad spectrum of personal injury work including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, occupier’s liability accidents, work-related stress, and occupational diseases, such as vibration white finger and occupational asthma, but she has since 2020 specialised in clinical negligence work.
Lyndsay acts for clients in a wide range of claims, including brain injuries, dental negligence, delayed cancer diagnoses and surgical errors. She is known for her proactive case management, meaning her cases are progressed efficiently with a firm eye on achieving the maximum compensation possible, and her clients are always well informed and up to date as to how their claim is progressing.
Lyndsay is a passionate advocate for the commitment of the trade union movement and Thompsons to stand up for those who cannot stand up for themselves.
Lyndsay’s approach nurtures great relationships with her clients and she is regularly commended for her work.
Outside of work, Lyndsay enjoys meals out, trips away, and long walks on the beach with her husband, two young children, and large fox red Labrador.
