Ayana is a clinical negligence solicitor based in Thompsons' London office. She is a member of the national medical negligence team at Thompsons, committed to supporting injured or lost loved ones due to negligent treatment in a healthcare setting.
Ayana’s work encompasses various medical negligence claims including delayed diagnosis of cancer, COVID-19 related claims, orthopaedic misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and fatal claims.
Ayana qualified as a lawyer in 2022 and joined Thompsons in 2025, keen to apply her experience towards protecting and fighting for legal justice. She works tirelessly to ensure those people she represents receive the specialist advice needed to pursue a claim through to a successful conclusion, achieving successful settlements and acceptances of liability.
In her personal time, Ayana enjoys powerlifting. She competes nationally and internationally, holding British and Western European records. In the past, Ayana has enjoyed volunteering and sponsored fundraising. In 2018, she climbed and reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro for Multiple Sclerosis Society.
