Keely's case experience

Accident at work claim: Keely’s client was a delivery driver who suffered a shoulder injury at work due to repeatedly lifting very heavy carpets. Following an admission of breach of duty by the employer, Keely secured £15,000 for her client.

Public liability claim: Keely’s client sustained a broken ankle after tripping on defective paving. The council admitted liability after a claim was submitted and Keely secured £20,000 for her client.

Keely’s former client, Mr Jackson, said: “A personal thank you to Keely. Excellent service, always kept in the loop, would recommend your company.”

Another of Keely’s former clients, Mrs Morgan, said: “Keely Goldup dealt with my claim under reference and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to any of my colleagues. I thought the service was excellent. I was given clear guidelines of time and expectations. My mind has been set at ease and I have received a very acceptable payment in settlement.”
