Managing a caseload comprising of maximum severity cases, Nicola specialises in catastrophic injury and claims for adults and children who have suffered brain injuries as a result of clinical negligence, accidents or road traffic collisions.
Nicola’s serious injury cases encompass a broad range of claims involving fatal accidents, spinal injury, brain injury, multiple orthopaedic trauma and amputation.
In regards to clinical negligence, Nicola represents clients who have been victims of clinical negligence, including cerebral palsy, wrongful birth, diagnostic mistakes, delayed diagnosis and surgical errors.

- Secured a settlement of £550,000 for a client who suffered a spinal cord injury in a road traffic accident.
- Settled an extremely complex claim for £300,000 for the family of a patient who died from a failure to diagnose and treat a colonic ischemia during surgery to remove a rectal carcinoma.
