Thompsons Solicitors has promoted Gerard Stilliard to head of personal injury strategy
Thompsons Solicitors has strengthened its personal injury team with the promotion of Gerard Stilliard to head of personal injury strategy.
Gerard has more than 15 years’ experience of winning personal injury and accident at work cases and will now be responsible for driving the firm’s personal injury work. His role will include developing policy on personal injury litigation, as well as focusing on new campaign initiatives to promote the rights of injured or mistreated people.
Gerard will manage the specialist personal injury team at Thompsons Solicitors and work closely with trade unions and other industry groups to ensure accident and disease cases are treated with the utmost care.
A solicitor by trade, Gerard has extensive experience running high-value accident cases for victims of serious injuries, as well as disease cases, including claims relating to industrial deafness, vibration injuries and skin and respiratory conditions.
