According to a recent ruling by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the government must make public the names and addresses of all organisations involved in employment tribunal cases.

ADJUSTING TO DISMISSAL

The statutory dispute resolution regulations state that employees do not have to lodge a grievance with their employer if they have been dismissed or are about to be dismissed.
