Consultation document published at last

After many months of waiting, the DTI has published its consultation paper on amendments to the TUPE Regulations. The consultation period lasts until 15 December 2001.

What's the damage?

In recognition of the damaging effect that discrimination can have on individuals, legislation provides that damages can be awarded for any injury to the applicant's feelings in Employment Tribunals.
