Drop in personal injury claims

A new study from market research agency YouGov has found that the likelihood of people making a claim as a result of suffering a personal injury has dropped over the past year.

Common sense level

The law states that the police must disclose spent convictions and cautions (no matter how minor) if an individual wants to work with vulnerable groups such as children or the elderly.

Employment reference

In order to bring a claim for unfair dismissal, claimants have to show that they are employees.
