What price justice?

A new report by the TUC to mark the one year anniversary of the introduction of tribunal fees has found that they have had a devastating impact on access to justice for working people.

Contract implication

Tribunals can imply a term into a contract but only if it is necessary to do so.

Employment contracts sometimes contain a clause that allow the employer to deduct a month’s salary if the employee fails to work out their notice period.
