Fewer deaths at work

According to figures published last week by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the number of workers killed in Britain last year has fallen.

Re-engagement order

If an employee is found to have been unfairly dismissed, tribunals can make an order for re-engagement.

The Equality Act 2010 states that victimisation occurs when someone is subjected to a disadvantage for doing a “protected act”, such as bringing proceedings under the Act.
