Under article 7 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, workers are entitled to four weeks' paid annual leave.

Regulatory requests

The 2004 Information and Consultation Regulations require employers to start negotiating “as soon as is reasonably practicable” once they have received a “valid employee request”.
