Thank you letters received from clients we have helped with claims for compensation after an accident in a public place
Here at Thompsons Solicitors, we frequently receive letters of thanks from clients we have helped to make personal injury compensation claims. The letters often detail how happy the client has been with the service they received from us and how approachable and helpful all staff have been.
Below you will find links to extracts from letters of thanks our personal injury solicitors and lawyers have received from clients we have helped to recover compensation after an accident in a public place.
Compensation for Accident at Train Station
Mr Brice was awarded £1,895.41 after his accident at a train station. He was walking along the platform when he slipped on the wet floor and fell, injuring the muscles and hamstring in his leg.
Cleaners had wet the floor without displaying any warning signs. Mr Brice's thank you letter read:
"Thank you for forwarding the cheque for £1,895.41 in settlement of my claim. I would also like to thank you and your staff for the excellent service and help I have received over this claim which has now reached a satisfactory conclusion. I have also noted your comments regarding my file of papers. Once again, thank you all very much".
£1,300 compensation for a trip on the pavement
Mrs Sixsmith was awarded £1,300 compensation after she tripped on a badly maintained section of council-owned pavement. She suffered facial scarring as well as bruising to her body and damage to her spectacles when she tripped on a sunken section of tarmac.
Mrs Sixsmith was referred to Thompsons by her Trade Union, UNISON. Her thank you letter read:
"Just a small thank you note for all the work you have put in for me in connection with my injury claim. I am grateful for the cheque I received. I also thank Thompsons for the kind of work they take on for UNISON members".
