Caroline is key member of Thompsons Solicitors’ personal injury unit, at the Newcastle-upon Tyne-office, and takes cases from all over the North East.

Her clients are normally suffering from soft tissue damage or orthopaedic injuries sustained in road accidents. Caroline also has considerable expertise in cases where injuries have been sustained at work or through assault. Her work on “fast-track” cases means that the compensation she wins for clients is normally around £10,000 to £25,000.

Caroline originally worked as a paralegal before qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, joining Thompsons in 2017. She says her decision to join the firm was based on its commitment to represent those who have been injured rather those who may be responsible for it or their insurance companies.

In her leisure time, Caroline is a regular attendee at the local park run and has completed 10k events and the Great North Run on behalf of charities.
