Gemma is a clinical negligence and serious injury litigation assistant based in Thompsons’ London office.
Gemma is mainly involved in claims involving surgical errors, misdiagnosis and delays in diagnosis. She also assists in cases dealing with birth injuries, misdiagnosis leading to paralysis and cancer.
Gemma acts as one of the first points of contact for clients who have been referred to the clinical negligence department, and remains a point of contact until their case has been allocated to a specific litigator.
