Sean is a Senior Lawyer in the London Employment Rights team.

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2020, Sean specialised in employment law and dispute resolution and has since worked for several Legal 500 law firms. Through his roles, Sean worked with a range of clients and provided litigation advice on a wide spectrum of legal issues.

Through his exposure to a wide range of litigation and advocacy, Sean has experience of handling all employment law disciplines, ranging from unfair dismissal and discrimination claims to more complex Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations claims.

Deciding to focus on the more fulfilling areas of individual and claimant work, Sean joined Thompsons in 2026.

As a strong supporter for workers’ rights, Sean is committed to protecting the interests of trade unions and their members. This is what led Sean to join Thompsons, so he could continue his passion for employment law but with the satisfaction and fulfilment of fighting for trade union members.

In his spare time, Sean has competed competitively in athletics and powerlifting competitions but manages to balance this with a passion for seeing live music, being known to often see the same artist multiple times on the same tour.
