Kaiden Entwistle is a Paralegal in the Employment Rights team at Thompsons Solicitors' Manchester office. Kaiden works within the firm's multi-claimant team, supporting workers and trade union members pursuing equal pay claims.
Â
Kaiden brings experience across a range of legal disciplines, including consumer rights, financial services and property law. Before joining Thompsons, Kaiden represented claimants in financial mis-selling matters, helping clients pursue compensation through PPI and other consumer rights claims. Kaiden later worked in residential property remortgages, acting alongside financial lenders and developing strong technical knowledge and client-care skills.
Â
Alongside practical legal experience, Kaiden holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Sheffield. Kaiden's postgraduate research focused on disability discrimination and neurodiversity in the workplace under the Equality Act 2010. The research explored how legal protections and workplace cultures can affect people with non-visible disabilities, such as autism and ADHD, highlighting the importance of meaningful workplace adjustments and inclusive employment practices.
Â
Kaiden is passionate about helping to create fairer workplaces and ensuring working people can access the support and protections they are entitled to. This interest in employment law was shaped by Kaiden's experience of working in hospitality throughout their studies, where workplace issues and poor employment practices were often accepted as part of the industry.
Â
Kaiden believes that no one should have to compromise their wellbeing, dignity or legal rights simply to earn a living. In particular, Kaiden is committed to improving awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace and helping people facing barriers due to unseen conditions secure fair treatment at work.
Â
Taking a client-first approach, Kaiden combines thorough legal analysis with empathy, clear communication and practical support. Experience working with both individual claimants and commercial organisations has helped Kaiden develop an adaptable approach, build trust with clients and guide them through what can often be complex and stressful situations.
Â
Outside of work, Kaiden enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, with a keen interest in walking and exploring new routes throughout the year. Kaiden is also a regular swimmer and values maintaining an active lifestyle. Alongside professional work, Kaiden volunteers with A-World, a charity supporting autistic people and their families, reflecting an ongoing commitment to accessibility, inclusion and community advocacy.
