Ann-Marie's case experienceÂ
- Acted for five members of the same family, including two children, who had been either injured or bereaved in a road traffic accident which killed two family members and caused serious injuries - including severe scarring and psychological injuries to the survivors.
- Secured a six-figure sum for a paramedic who suffered a significant shoulder injury in an accident at work and was unable to continue working.
- Settled a case for six figures for an NHS employee who slipped at work and suffered a serious injury to her back.
- After the employer’s insurer denied liability, Ann-Marie secured just under £60,000 for an operation assistant. He suffered a range of symptoms after his arm struck tray full of syringes which had not been put back properly on top of a trolley by the anaesthetist.Â
