UNISON (“the Union”) has created a free to enter draw which will enable participants to have the opportunity to win a prize as determined from time to time by the Union but currently a first prize of £150 worth of high street vouchers, and two reserve prizes of £50 of high street vouchers each. No cash alternative is available.
This draw is open to fully paid-up members of the Union or members of their family who have benefitted from the provision of legal services to them for a personal injury claim under the Union’s legal services scheme.
To enter the draw, a member of the Union or their family member shall provide feedback on the legal service provided in a form and by a method which shall, from time to time, be prescribed by the Union.
The prize draw period (“the period”) shall be from midnight on the first day of the month to 11.59pm on the last day of the month.
All entries received within the period shall be entered into the draw. The draw shall be made by a member of the union’s NEC after the close of the period above and within 3 months thereafter and the winner will be contacted to arrange for delivery of the prize within 20 working days thereafter.
The Union reserves the right to publicise the names, employers and locations of the winner.
Any dispute in relation to these terms will be determined by the Head of Legal Services whose decision shall be final.
