BFAWU

Thompsons Solicitors is a proud legal partner to BFAWU to ensure members and their families can benefit from a package of first-class legal support. We are responsible for delivering the BFAWU legal service to members living in Merseyside, the Midlands, the South West and North East of England, as well as Scotland and Northern Ireland.

In personal injury claims, we guarantee BFAWU members will keep 100% of any compensation with no deduction in legal fees – something no non-union solicitor can offer.

I would like to thank Thompsons Solicitors for a quick and successful outcome to my case. They were polite and very professional, all I did was answer a few questions and my solicitor did the rest.

Support for members and loved ones affected by COVID-19

We have put together a questionnaire with the BFAWU to work out where exposure has occurred and how employers responded. Everyone who has been exposed to COVID-19 at work at any time can help. By completing the questionnaire below, you will help us to work with the BFAWU to support you and your fellow members.

The more information we gather, the better the BFAWU can campaign about the issues raised (and we can establish whether you might have a personal injury claim).
