According to a recent ruling by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the government must make public the names and addresses of all organisations involved in employment tribunal cases.
The statutory dispute resolution regulations state that employees do not have to lodge a grievance with their employer if they have been dismissed or are about to be dismissed.
The law gives recognized health and safety representatives the right to a reasonable amount of paid time to carry out their role, including time off for training.
