It’s official. Your name can now be put onto a National Staff Dismissal Register if you are dismissed for dishonesty or if you leave your job in retail while under investigation for dishonesty.
The law says that when an act is done over a period of time, the relevant date for limitation purposes is the last date of that period.
If a business does not need as many employees to do work “of a certain kind” then, according to the law, they are redundant.
