An industrial disease lawyer by trade, Jon has extensive experience of handing significant industrial disease compensation claims for clients, including occupational asthma, dermatitis, hand arm vibration syndrome and industrial deafness.
Jon said: “Thompsons Solicitors has a long history of fighting for the rights of injured people, especially those injured or made ill by their place of work. Industrial disease compensation claims can be extremely complex as locating where a person may have been exposed to a particular substance can require a huge amount of research.
“At Thompsons, we have a dedicated team who focus almost entirely on industrial disease compensation claims, meaning we provide clients with expert advice. I am looking forward to overseeing the team and the firm’s industrial disease caseload to ensure that we continue to provide the very best support to each and every client.”
