  • Secured £1.5 million for a client who suffered partial paralysis of some of the vertebrae in his neck, back, and his right upper arm after a large concrete block fell on his head when working in a hopper. 
  • Recovered £360,000 for a farmer who had to have a below-the-knee amputation after a 2.5 ton counterbalance fell from a forklift truck and landed on his leg. 
  • Negotiated a settlement of £42,500 for a client was involved in a serious accident when a car being driven in the opposite direction crossed onto her side of the road and collided with her car, resulting in multiple fractures and dislocations in two places on her right foot, requiring specialist surgical intervention.
  • Secured compensation at trial for a client who injured himself lifting a heavy object, The judge found his employers were in breach of two separate regulations for allowing him to lift such a heavy object alone and for allowing the gangway to become obstructed, which caused him to trip.
