Medical negligence claim: Sanah’s client was admitted to hospital with a potentially fatal sodium deficiency after collapsing at home. It was subsequently revealed that medical professionals had failed to check Sanah’s client’s blood tests following an operation, resulting in hyponatremia (low sodium levels), which causes low blood pressure, fainting and nausea. Liability was admitted and Sanah secured £5,000 in compensation for her client.
Sanah is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
