- Ensured a £30,000 for a care worker in a disability discrimination claim after a job offer that had been made to the client was withdrawn on the basis that she was not mentally and physically fit, despite advice from Occupational Health that she was medically fit for the role.
- Secured £100,000 for a union member in her employment tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination arising from disability, and a failure to comply with the duty to make reasonable adjustments.
