David Loade suffered life-threatening injuries after a makeshift heating system at work exploded, leaving him with severe burns to his hands and face.
David’s employer attempted to blame him for contributing to his accident, a claim that was never accepted or proved.
Two months after the accident, David contacted Unite Legal Services and instructed Thompsons Solicitors to help him settle his claim for compensation.
David said: “Thompsons did a fantastic job. One phone call, everything was left to them. They set-up for me to go and see a speech therapist, a burns specialist and a psychiatrist to get written reports on everything. I got my compensation and everything was sorted.”
